explosion of crocus (36” x 36”)

$520.00

Artwork size

36” x 36”

Description
acrylic mixed media on canvas. includes pastels, pencils, crayons, acrylic markers and a tiny bit of glitter.

i love spring! there is such beauty and hope in seeing long ago planted bulbs peeking up through the earth. under the ground and in darkness something glorious was happening. and as winter fades into spring these beautiful flowers appear, exploding through the cold ground into the bright warmth of the sun. i especially love the yellow and purple of the crocus! in colorado, spring comes on calendar long before it appears in our yards. believing spring is coming in the glory of the crocus is an act of hope!
